When you arrive with your group, simply register at the cash desk. Here you can conveniently pay for the complete birthday package.

It is best to plan 1.5 - 2 hours for your stay. You can decide individually how long you would like to stay with us.

• Excavator, crane and electric cars: 20 min
• Trampoline: 10-30 min (max. 6 children at the same time)
• Food & drink: 20 min

It's best to check out all the attractions now so you're well prepared.

Yes, if the weather conditions are too bad or the birthday child is unable to attend for health reasons, you can of course cancel free of charge.

Children under the age of eight need a passenger for the summer toboggan run. However, one person over the age of 8 is sufficient. A declaration of consent from parents is not required.

Yes, you can buy tickets for all attractions on site. Some of the attractions also have a coin slot and therefore do not require tickets.

No no, it's enough if it was your birthday shortly before. You don't have to come by exactly on your birthday. The main thing is that you have a great birthday party!

First of all, get well soon! If the number of participants changes slightly at short notice, we'll turn a blind eye. We will definitely find a solution that works for everyone. Just let us know at the toboggan cash desk.

In the event of heavy rain, our courses will unfortunately have to close. However, you can also use the traffic light system on our homepage or the WEBCAM to check the weather live on site before your visit.

It is advisable to stick to the arrival time because of other groups. Within the opening hours, you are then flexible about the duration of your stay. The number of trips can then be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly depending on your mood.
